Peter L. Meltzer
Mr. Meltzer has been an associate of the firm since 2006. He specializes in Real Estate Transactions, Real Estate Litigation and Community Association Law. Mr. Meltzer earned his Bachelor of Arts, Dean’s List, from Brandeis University in 1994, and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 1998.

He is admitted to the Florida Bar and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. His first reported appellate opinion was published in the Southern Reporter, 2nd Series in 2004 (Reliance Development Corporation vs. Pitts, 878 So.2nd 421 (Fla. 3rd DCA 2004)).

Mr. Meltzer is a member of the Environmental and Land Use Law and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the Florida Bar.
