Ms. Hustey has been an associate with the firm since 2008. The primary focus of her practice is the representation of community associations. Specifically, Ms. Hustey has been representing community associations in collection and foreclosure matters for over 8 years. Ms. Hustey earned her Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of South Florida in 1994. She received her Juris Doctor from Saint Thomas University School of Law in 1998.
In law school, Ms. Hustey served as President and Secretary of Phi Delta Phi Honor Fraternity. In addition, Ms. Hustey was a member of the Moot Court Board and earned the book award for Immigration Law.
Ms. Hustey is admitted to the Florida bar as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
