Mr. Clark has been an associate of the firm since 2007, and concentrates his practice in the areas of Construction Litigation, Condominium Law and Community Association Law.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Wright State University , and his Juris Doctor, cum laude , from the University of Miami .

Following his first year of law school, Mr. Clark served as an intern for the Honorable William M. Hoeveler, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida.

During his law school career, Mr. Clark was an active member of the University of Miami Moot Court Board and served as an Associate Editor for the International and Comparative Law Review.  Further, Mr. Clark was the Paul, Landy, Beiley and Harper scholarship recipient, received the Dean's Award for excellence in Bankruptcy Law, and was the winner of the First Year Moot Court Competition.   He is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida .
