Maria Arias has been a shareholder of the firm since 1997. Specializing in the areas of Condominium and Homeowners Association Law, she represents condominium and homeowner associations, and their boards of directors.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Florida International
University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami, cum laude, in 1988. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989. Ms. Arias oversees the collections department for the firm and plays a prominent role in the training and mentoring of new associates. She is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association.

Ms. Arias has a love for the practice of law and shows that through her tireless dedication to her clients. She has a very loyal client base which is constantly expanding.

As a methodical researcher, she is an expert at guiding her clients through a legal maze of complicated opinions. Accessible and reachable, she fills much of her time reviewing contracts, attending community association meetings and advising on budget assessments, insurance, and special assessments. She has frequently lectured at Community Association seminars.
