Ms. Manning has been an associate of the firm since 1998. She concentrates her areas of practice in Construction Litigation, Condominium Law and Community Association Law. Ms. Manning received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida State University in 1993 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 1997.
Ms. Manning is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Southeast Florida Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI) from 2003 through 2005, and is a member of the West Palm 100.
Articles she has written include “Hints for Preventing a Condominium Nightmare”, “Tips for Successful Mediation” and “Can Your Condo Cover the Cost of a Catastrophe?” She is admitted to the Florida Bar and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
