Board Member Certification Webinar

The state of Florida requires that condominium board members become certified by attending an approved course or submitting written certification information to the association secretary. One of the best and most convenient ways for board members to become certified is by participating in our live complimentary board member certification webinars from the comfort of their home or office. Our webinars have been approved by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to qualify for board member certification. This interactive online course details the basic concepts of condominium operations, including an overview of the budget and reserve process, membership and board meetings, election procedures, alternative dispute resolutions, vendor bids and contract negotiations, and they highlight some of the most recent changes in Florida condominium laws. Attendees receive an official certificate of completion from our firm, and the webinars also qualify for 2 hours of continuing education CAM credits for property managers.
