Mr. Flor has been an associate of the firm since 2007. He concentrates his practice in Condominium Litigation. In 1997, he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Legal Studies, cum laude, from the University of Miami. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2001.

In law school, Mr. Flor served as the Executive Editor of the Inter-American Law Review, and was a member of the Moot Court Board. He received a Book Award for Federal Jurisdiction and the Courts, and was also recognized for excellence in contracts, legal research and writing, and oral advocacy.

Mr. Flor is admitted to the Florida Bar, and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Flor was recognized as a 2009 "Rising Star" by Florida Super Lawyers. Only 2.5% of Florida attorneys receive this honor each year. Rising Stars are chosen by their peers as being among the top up-and-coming lawyers (40 years or younger, or in practice 10 years or less) in the state.
