Ms. Chaissan has been an associate of the firm since 2008. She specializes in Condominium Litigation and Condominium Association Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of Delaware in 2005 and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami in 2008.

While in law school, she received the Dean's Merit Scholarship, the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Corporate Finance and Florida Constitutional Law, and the Dean's Certificate of Achievement Award in Civil Procedure II and International Law. She served as an Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review, in which her article, "Minimum Contacts" Abroad: Using the International Shoe Test to Restrict the Extraterritorial Exercise of United States Jurisdiction Under the Maritime Drug Law Enforcement Act, was published. She is a member of the Order of the Coif.

Ms. Chaissan is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
