Jeffrey A. Rembaum is a shareholder of Siegfried, Rivera, Lerner, De La Torre & Sobel, P.A. and is part of the firm’s community association and real estate practice groups. Mr. Rembaum works in the firm’s West Palm Beach office.

Mr. Rembaum has considerable experience representing countless community associations that include condominium, homeowner, commercial, and cooperative associations, and mobile home parks. He regularly provides legal representation to established associations, to association members and to developers. He has experience in a vast number of real estate and land use related matters such as site acquisition and reconfiguration, leasing, real estate closings, zoning, variances, and code enforcement. He is skilled in litigation strategy, identifying client needs and implementation of creative strategy.

After earning his law degree, Mr. Rembaum was an Assistant Public Defender for the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County. Before developing his real estate practice, he gained critical experience as a commercial litigator. His prior experience includes employment with the Development Corporation for Israel. Mr. Rembaum is active in a variety of civic, professional and political organizations in Palm Beach County. He is a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property Section and the Condominium Planned Unit Development sub- committee.

Jeffrey A. Rembaum received his Bachelor’s Degree (B.A., 1987) from Florida State University and his law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, (J.D., 1996).
