Jason M. Rodgers-da Cruz
Mr. Rodgers-da Cruz is an associate of the firm since 2005 who practices in the areas of Community Association Law, Construction Litigation and Commercial Litigation.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Alabama in 1997 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 2000. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association and the Dade County Trial Lawyers Association, as well as a founding member and President of the Brazilian American Bar Association.

Mr. Rodgers-da Cruz also has experience as a trial attorney for the Public Defender’s Office in both Brevard and Miami-Dade Counties.
