Mr. Perl has been an associate of the firm since 2004. He practices in the areas of Condominium Law and Homeowner Association Law. Mr. Perl earned his Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies from Nova Southeastern University in 2000, and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University in 2004.
He is admitted to the Florida Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association. He has published articles on Hurricane Preparation and Community Association Medical Liability. A member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), he has been designated a Professional Community Association Manager and is a Facilitator for their State of Florida Condominium Operations Course.
Mr. Perl is a Major in the United States Army Reserve, and was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from July 2005 to July 2006.
