Mr. Barsky has been an associate of the firm since 2006, and concentrates his practice in Construction Litigation. He graduated from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Economics. While at Bates, Mr. Barsky received both a CAPHE Grant and a Freeman Grant in 2003. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2006 from the University of Miami.

During his law school career, Mr. Barsky was the Beckham Scholar from 2004 to 2006, received the Book Award for excellence in Administrative Law, the Dean’s Award for excellence in Internet Law, and honors in Pre-Trial Litigation Skills. Mr. Barsky has served as an intern for the Honorable Theodore Klein, and as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office, Juvenile Division. He is admitted to the Florida Bar.
